Human Readiness Mirror contact requests

Completing the Mirror keeps answers in your browser. Humanum Huis receives them only when you actively request a conversation and provide an email address.

Who handles the information

Humanum Huis is responsible for the information submitted through this website. For privacy questions, corrections, or deletion requests, email flourish@humanumhuis.com.

What is collected

When you ask Humanum Huis to contact you about your Mirror, we receive:

• your email address, and any name or organisation you choose to provide;
• your Mirror answer pattern, generated archetype, Ladder position, readiness-gap profile and summary;
• the submission time, source page and Mirror version.

We do not automatically collect Mirror responses simply because you complete the questions or reach a result page.

Why it is used

We use the information only to respond to your request, prepare a relevant conversation, and maintain an internal record of that request. We do not add you to a mailing list or use the data for unrelated marketing without a separate request from you.

Where it is stored

Contact requests are stored in a private Google Workspace spreadsheet controlled by Humanum Huis. A notification is sent to the Humanum Huis contact inbox so someone can respond. Access is limited to people who need it for this work.

How long it is kept

We aim to delete or anonymise a contact request and its Mirror response no later than 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless you ask for deletion earlier or we need to retain a limited record for a legal obligation.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing flourish@humanumhuis.com. You can also complete the Mirror without submitting any information to Humanum Huis.

What the Mirror is not

The Mirror is a reflective starting point. It does not make an automated decision about you or your organisation, and it is not a formal assessment.
